What glue should be used in repairing a broken metal toilet seat hinge?
I recently just bought a new toilet seat w/ metal hinge and for some reason the right hinge where the screw is attached to the lid broke. I’m not going to buy another and it looks like it is still in one piece until you put the lid down. So I figured I would just glue it in place. Should I use a epoxy or silicone based glue?
Nolibs is right about the JB Weld, but because you’re trying to glue/weld something on the shear/edge, nothing is probably going to hold.
